These terms cover your use of this website and any booking you make through it. Lun4v3ra7 Homes operates this site and manages the properties listed on it. By making a booking you accept these terms.

Bookings

A booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from us. Listings, prices, and availability shown on the site are an invitation to enquire and can change until a booking is confirmed. We may decline a booking, including where a property is no longer available or where required checks are not completed.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown per the period stated on the listing. Additional charges, such as cleaning, utilities, deposits, or local taxes, are set out before you confirm. Payment is taken through our booking platform. Where a deposit applies, the amount and the conditions for its return are set out in your confirmation.

Changes and cancellations

The cancellation terms that apply to your stay are the ones shown at the time of booking and repeated in your confirmation. Requests to change dates depend on availability and may change the price. If we have to cancel for reasons outside our control, we will offer a comparable property where possible or refund amounts paid for the affected nights.

Using the property

• The property is for the guests named on the booking. Tell us before bringing additional guests.
• No subletting, commercial filming, events, or parties without written permission.
• Respect quiet hours and any building rules shared with you.
• Smoking and pets are not permitted unless the listing states otherwise.
• Report damage or faults as soon as you notice them.

You are responsible for damage beyond normal wear during your stay, and for any charge the building imposes as a result of how the property is used.

Access

We may need access for inspections, repairs, or safety checks. Except in an emergency we will give reasonable notice and agree a time with you.

Ending a stay early

We may end a stay where these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken, where the property is used unlawfully, or where payment is not made. Where we do, we will explain why in writing.

Liability

We are responsible for providing the property as described and for looking after it during your stay. We are not liable for loss or damage outside our reasonable control, or for personal belongings left in the property. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your stay is the one in force when your booking was confirmed.
